  • Where are you based?
    Telos is based in Athens, Greece.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, Telos ships worldwide.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Telos only accepts online payment through a secured payment gateway.

  • How do I know my order has been processed?
    You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order. If for any reason you do not receive an email from us, please contact us on info@teloswatches.com.

  • Do you ship to multiple addresses?
    You are only able to ship to one address at a time. If you require a shipment to be delivered to multiple locations, you will need to create separate orders.

  • Can I change my delivery address?
    If you need to change your address, make sure to contact us as soon as possible. If the order has been sent for delivery, we won't be able to change the address.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    If an order has been canceled before being sent for delivery, we can refund your money. Since orders are sent for delivery very fast it is important you get in touch with us as soon as possible.

  • What is your return policy?
    We offer a full refund for all our watches provided unless if it's a limited edition product (because we cannot resell them online). All limited edition products are mentioned on their specific product page. The watch can be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in a resellable condition, means it has all its accessories and protective packaging still intact. We do not cover the costs of returning an item. However, as a business, we also need to be able to resell any returned products. We unfortunately cannot accept a return if the watch has been worn and have scratches.

  • Can I make changes to my order?
    If you contact us before delivery, we will be able to make changes to your order.

  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details and order number. You will also receive an email once the order is ready for delivery. If there is any delay please contact us and we will look into your order progress.
